All payments made to The Workflow Collective are non-refundable once work has commenced. This policy ensures our time and creative energy are honored, and reflects the custom nature of our services.

Retainers and deposits are non-refundable and required to hold your place on our calendar.

If you need to cancel a booked service before work has begun, we may offer to reschedule your project or apply a credit toward future services, at our discretion.
